Pictures paint a story louder than the spoken or written word. Pictures surpass bounderies of the spoken or written word which at times can be limited. These photos are the legacy the victims of South Africa have left behind as proof of the madness taking place there. Several years ago a policeman said we should not publish these photos because they would do no good and only perpetuate crime and heartache. I beg to differ, because without these photos, who would believe that such things take place in South Africa. If anything we should post them on every lamp post around the world. People have a right know and decide for themselves and the truth of what is happening in South Africa should be broadcasted to everyone who has an ear. This album is a memorium to those who no longer have a voice but whose lives will never be forgotten.

South Africa, or as the African National Congress like to say 'the New South Africa', has supposedly grown beyond the bounderies of racism and colonialism and moved onto greater heights since 1996. They have broken free of the bonds of the draconian apartheid system and brought about peace and prosperity. They seemed to have charmed the South African population into believing in them and they have succeeded to some degree. But this gold veneer is starting to peel away to reveal that they have clay feet after all. Their lack of control of crime in South Africa is slowly  crumbling their golden palace. As these photos will reveal all is not well in the kingdom dispite the colourful picture the ANC are painting in the international media.
